When you fill out our project inquiry form, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email, phone number, company name and website, project details, budget range, and any reference material you share. When you sign up for email updates, we collect your email address. When you visit the site, we also collect basic technical data, such as your browser and device type, the pages you view, the site that referred you, your approximate country, and your IP address, which is processed by our hosting provider.
We use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy focused tool that measures overall traffic to this site. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites. We use the results only to understand which pages are useful and how to improve them.

Our shop at shop.skyvismedia.com is operated by Skyvis Media and powered by Fourthwall, which processes orders and payments for us. Information you give the shop is handled under the shop's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, which you can read on the shop. On larger projects we may share project details with contractors, and only as much as they need. We may also disclose information if required by law.
We send updates only to people who sign up. Every update includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also unsubscribe at any time by emailing hello@skyvismedia.com.
We do not use advertising or cross site tracking cookies on this site. Videos embedded from YouTube load only after you press play, and YouTube may then set cookies under its own policies. Websites we link to, such as our social profiles, our shop and our Google Business listing, have their own policies and may use cookies.
We keep inquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you, deliver a project and keep ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
